**Die Markers:** \\
**Obverse:** 
Die scratches south from the underside of the horizontal bar of the T in LIBERTY. \\
**Reverse:** 
Very weak N/S die scratches in the field at left center of the flame. N/S die gouge between the lower area of the second T and E of STATES. \\
