**Die Markers:** \\
**Obverse:** 
**Stage A:** None Noted. 
**Stage B:** Die is deteriorated. Date and designer’s initials are very weak from abrasion. \\
**Reverse:** 
**Stage A:** Die crack south from the rim at about 12:15 o’clock stopping between STATES OF. Die scratch ENE from right center of the last A in AMERICA to the dot. 
**Stage B:** Die is deteriorated. Die crack from the rim runs further south into the right side of the torch flame. \\
