**Obverse:** 
Long die scratch extends SE from the I in LIBERTY. E/W die scratch connects the 1 and 9 in the date. Multiple E/W die scratches below GOD. Many N/S die scratches through Jefferson's forehead and face. Die gouge above the left side of the 4 in the date. \\
**Reverse:** 
Many N/S die scratches throughout the reverse. Strong N/S die scratch through the B in PLURIBUS. \\
