**Obverse:** Die chip on the bottom left side of the B in ELIZABETH. Die chips on the top of the T in ELIZABETH. Die gouge to the right of the top of the second E in ELIZABETH. Many scribbling die scratches through the ETH II in ELIZABETH II. \\
**Reverse:** NW-SE die scratches above the first A in CANADA. Many random die scratches below the designer's initials KG. \\
