Faint die cracks at rim below VDB (note: these could be damage to the planchet). Die gouge on fold of coat. \\
**Reverse:** 
Die cracks in the field above the left side of the Memorial roof. Curved die crack in upper left part of the roof. Die gouge (dot) under second T in STATES. Die gouge under second S in STATES. Die gouge (dot) under I in UNITED. Strong die deterioration at rim throughout reverse. Light die cracks right side of columns 9, 10, and 11. Die crack under column 3 (note: this could be damage to the planchet). \\
