Strongly rotated doubling of the the seventh column through the arm and the legs. \\

**Die Markers:** \\
**Obverse:** Die gouge directly to the right of the E in WE and another southeast from it. \\
**Reverse:** Die gouge inside the lower portion of the D in UNITED. Two strong die gouges east and northeast of the designer's initials FG. Die gouge between the T in CENT and the rim. \\
