**Obverse:** Die chip on the back of the lips. Die gouge to the right of the B in LIBERTY. \\
**Reverse:** Die crack runs east then curves south from the bottom right of the torch. Die gouge on the right side of the N in ONE. Two die gouges to the right of the second T in STATES. \\
