**Die Markers:** \\
**Obverse:** Thin die crack runs east from the designers initials JF. Large die gouge between the T and E in QUARTER. Die gouge touches the center of the second S in STATES. \\
**Reverse:** Small die gouge the center of the field left of the Dall sheep. \\
