Very strong extra thickness on most of reverse design most noticeable on firework bursts, the window frames, and the designers initials JFM. \\

**Die Markers:** \\
**Obverse:** **Stage A:** Die gouge inside the C in AMERICA. Die gouge below the right side of the N in UNITED. Die gouge above the R in LIBERTY. Die gouge in front of the chin. **Stage B:** Stage A markers no longer present. Die gouge inside the lower portion of the E in QUARTER. \\
**Reverse:** **Stage A:** Die gouges between the firework bursts and the fort roof. **Stage B:** Stage A markers no longer present. Numerous die chips formed in the firework bursts. Large die gouge left of the firework burst below the M in McHENRY. \\
