**Obverse:** Long die crack runs from the coat to the east of the designers initials JNF, behind the ear, and into the upper hair. Die gouge between the E in WE and the first T in TRUST. Die gouge touches the bottom of the L in LIBERTY. Die gouge above the I in LIBERTY. \\
**Reverse:** Die chip inside the last O in MONTICELLO. Die chip between the designers initials FS and the building. Die gouge between the two L's in MONTICELLO. \\
