**Obverse:** Die chips on the cheek, the back of the lips, and the eyebrow. Small die gouge northwest of the I in IN. \\
**Reverse:** Die crack runs across the bottom of the torch. Die gouge between the U in UNITED and the E in E PLURIBUS UNUM. \\
