**Obverse:** Die chips on the chin, the lower lip, the back of the lips, the eyebrow, and the hair. Die gouge to the right of the date and mintmark. \\
**Reverse:** Many die cracks on the bottom of the torch. Die chip on the L in PLURIBUS. Die gouge between the bottoms of the T and E in UNITED. \\
