Doubling on the bottom of Sergeant William Jasper’s coat.  \\

**Die Markers:** \\
**Obverse: Stage A:** Heavy die scratches (possibly feeder finger damage) through the neck. **Stage B:** Die polishing removed the heavy scratches but left many smaller ones. The most prominent one is an NW-SE die scratch from the Y in LIBERTY to the neck.  \\
**Reverse: Stage A:** None known. **Stage B:** Die crack on the upper arm. \\
