**Obverse:** Die chip between the J and F of the designers initials JF with a die crack connecting it to another die crack above the J. Die gouge to the left of the D in DOLLAR. Die gouge inside the D in DOLLAR. Two die gouges near the rim above the second A in AMERICA. \\
**Reverse:** Die chip on the right side of the left wall. \\
