Obverse: Bottom of the O in GOD is broken. Die gouge runs from the top of the D in GOD to the rim. Die scratch in the upper portion of the E in WE. Short die scratches through the U in TRUST.
Reverse: Die scratch under the first U in PLURIBUS.
