CW Class V doubling from a pivot near 3:00 on IGWT, the date, and slightly on LIBERTY.

Die Markers:
Obverse: Horizontal die scratches through the 4 in the date. Die gouge to the right of the bottom of the B in LIBERTY. Die scratch runs through the bottom of the R in LIBERTY.
Reverse: Die crack runs down the left wing. Feeder finger damage goes through the top of the right wing. Die scratch above the IBUS in PLURIBUS.
