Obverse: Obverse is SDDO-001, doubling to the southeast on the nose. Multiple die gouges around the N in IN. Large die gouge inside the U in TRUST. Die gouge on the collar far to the east of the designers initials JNF. Die gouge to the right of the top of the T in LIBERTY.
Reverse: Large die gouge touches the top left of the P in PLURIBUS. Large die gouge touches the bottom right of the D in UNITED. Die gouge between the E and S in STATES.
