Slight doubling on the back of the Dall sheep's neck.

Die Markers:
Obverse: Thin die crack runs east from the designers initials JF. Large die gouge between the T and E in QUARTER. Die gouge touches the center of the second S in STATES.
Reverse: Small die gouge the center of the field left of the Dall sheep.
