The left side of the doorway ceiling is doubled to the south.

Obverse: Obverse is SDDO-007, doubling to the southeast on the nose. Die gouge northeast of the left eye.
Reverse: NE-SW die scratches through UNITED STATES. NW-SE die scratches through PLURIBUS.
