The left side of the doorway ceiling is slightly doubled to the south.

Obverse: Die gouge between the T and R in TRUST. Two die gouges to the right of the L in LIBERTY.
Reverse: Small die gouge above the right side of the building. Die gouge to the right of the top of the E in FIVE. Two die gouges below the C in MONTICELLO.
