Doubling to the east on the middle olive leaf overlapping the torch.

Die Markers:
Obverse: Die chips on the eyebrow and the ear.
Reverse: Many die cracks and chips on the bottom and top of the torch and in the upper olive and oak leaves. Die gouge to the right of the second S in STATES.
