The fringe of the coat to the left of the upper right arm is doubled to the south.

Obverse: Stage A: Die gouge to the left of the second S in STATES. Stage B: Stage A marker no longer present. Die gouge touches the left side of the T in STATES.
Reverse: Stage A: None known. Stage B: Two die cracks formed between the top of the hat and the GA in GAP.
