Doubling in the target windows. Spread to the southeast in the third and fourth windows of the first row. The doubling goes into the upper doorway.

Obverse: Moderate die flow. Large die break on lower bust above the R in QUARTER and the D in DOLLAR.
Reverse: Moderate die flow. Die crack, possibly a pre-die break depression, on the right side of the left wall.
