Doubling in the target windows. Spread to the north in the fourth window of the second row. Note: Very similar to SDDR-032, compare die markers.

Die Markers:
Obverse: Die gouge NNW of the I in IN. A few die scratches east of IN.
Reverse: Die gouge between the R and T in FORT.
