Strong extra thickness on LIBERTY from E-W. Notching on the bottom of LIBERTY. Moderate extra thickness on the date and IGWT.

Die Markers: 
Obverse: Stage A: Die scratch runs from the upper lip SE to the area right of the beard. Die gouge above the B in designer's initials VDB. Stage B: 1DO-001. It is not known whether or not the Stage A die scratch is still present. Stage A die gouge is still present. Many die cracks in the hair. 
Reverse: Stage A: Pre-die break depression on the top left of the shield above the L in PLURIBUS. Stage B: WDDO-003, 1DO-001. A large die chip with die crack formed in place of the Stage A depression. Two die cracks between the bottom of the C and E in CENT. Die crack runs S along the left side of the O in ONE into the lower ribbon.
