Obverse: Obverse is SDDO-011, doubling to the southeast on the nose. Die gouge touches the bottom right of the N in IN. Curved die gouge above the Y in LIBERTY. Die gouge to the right of the 3 in the date. Die gouge to the right of the mintmark P.
Reverse: Die gouge between the T and I in MONTICELLO.
