Die Markers:
Obverse: Long die scratch runs NE from the Y in LIBERTY. Die gouge to the left of the T in LIBERTY.
Reverse: Die chip between the F in the designers initials FS and the building. Die crack runs through the D STAT in UNITED STATES. Large die gouge touches the top left serif of the second T in STATES.
