Doubling in the target windows. Spread to the south in the third window of the first row. Note: The doubling on both die stages match, but it is possible they are two different dies due to no matching die markers between the two. More examples are needed. Very similar to CRDR-026, 049, and 053, compare doubling and die markers.

Obverse: Die gouge to the right of the E in STATES.
Reverse: Die gouge below the O in JOHN.
