The third feather above the horizon is doubled to the southeast.

Die Markers:
Obverse: Weak die scratch extends west from the I in IN.
Reverse: Die break on the top of the heron. Die gouge in the field below the K in BLOCK. Die gouges touches the top of the tail feathers.
