Comments: Mintmark is positioned lower than WRPM-010.

Die Markers:
Obverse: Die scratches south from the underside of the horizontal bar of the T in LIBERTY.
Reverse: Very weak N/S die scratches in the field at left center of the flame. N/S die gouge between the lower area of the second T and E of STATES.
