Obverse: Type I, WWHO-001. Die crack south from the throat above the last T in TRUST. N/S die scratch through the eyelid.
Reverse: Trumpet tail mintmark, WWHR-001. A spread toward the center shows on AMERICA, DIME, UNUM and weak on DIME. ENE/WSW die scratch through the UNI of UNITED. Die gouge below the left leg of the R in AMERICA.
