Die Markers:
Obverse: Stage A: None Noted. Stage B: Die is deteriorated. Date and designer’s initials are very weak from abrasion.
Reverse: Stage A: Die crack south from the rim at about 12:15 o’clock stopping between STATES OF. Die scratch ENE from right center of the last A in AMERICA to the dot. Stage B: Die is deteriorated. Die crack from the rim runs further south into the right side of the torch flame.
