D/D Tilted (Rotated)

Comments: Mintmark positioned slightly lower than WRPM-008 and the primary mintmark tilts slightly CW.

Die Markers:
Obverse: N/S die scratch in the field right from the upper area of the designer’s initials. Die scratch SW from the lower left side of WE.
Reverse: Die scratches ENE from the bottom of the olive branch. ENE/WSW die scratch through the right dot.
