D/D Tilted (Rotated)

Die Markers:
Obverse: Blunt 9. Long die crack runs W from rim at 1:30, through the hair, to the front of the forehead. Strong curved die scratches and gouges run parallel to the rim through the 4 in the date, IN, WE, the lower portion of the LIBE in LIBERTY, and the upper portion of the RTY in LIBERTY. Many thin NE/SW die scratches on the face and neck. NW/SE die scratch on the nose in front of the eye.
Reverse: Very strong curved die scratch extends NW from the bottom left corner of the D in DIME. Multiple strong curved die scratches between the UNIT in UNITED and the olive leaves. Many N/S die scratches through the lower right reverse fields. Strong N/S die scratches below the MER in AMERICA. Thin X-shaped die scratches left of the O in OF.
