Obverse: Light N-S die scratches throughout the obverse.
Reverse: Parallel E-W die scratches in the 5th Column Bay. A single N-S die scratches inside the C in AMERICA. Multiple E-W die scratch through E PLURIBUS UNUM. A die scratch extends NW from the R in PLURIBUS towards the first A in STATES.
