Die Markers:
Obverse: Strong die scratch from the upper right of the Y in LIBERTY to the back of the neck. Strong N-S die scratch from neck to the area to the left of the bowtie. Numerous light SW-NE die scratches throughout the obverse.
Reverse: Short die scratch extends north from the upper left of the memorial roof.
