Die Markers:
Obverse:
Stage A: Very short NW/SE die scratch in the field above the right side of the 8 in the date. Short die scratch on the upper right side of the 8 in the date. NNE/SSW die scratch inside the 9 of the date.
Stage B: Scratch in the field abraded away. Other stage A scratches are weaker.
Reverse:
Stage A: None visible.
Stage B: Light depression at the right eave.
