Die Markers:
Obverse: Stage A: Large die gouge to the left of the 2 in the date. Die gouge below the 2 in the date. Two die gouges above the BE in LIBERTY. Two die gouges on the cheek to the right of the ear. Stage B: Same as Stage A.
Reverse: Stage A: Two die gouges between the RI in AMERICA and the last O in MONTICELLO. Many small die gouge between the last S in STATES and the O in OF. Stage B: Stage A markers still present. Die chip between the designers initials FS and the building. Die crack extends south from the top left of the building.
