Slight doubling in the fluting to the right of the olive leaves overlapping the torch.

Die Markers:
Obverse: Die chips on the back of the lips, the nose, the eyebrow, and the hair.
Reverse: Many die cracks on the bottom of the torch. Die scratch near the rim above the first S in STATES. Light die scratches through the upper olive leaves.
