Obverse: Die chips on the chin, the back of the lips, the nose, the eyebrow, and in the hair. Many die scratches on the obverse, two stronger ones below the nose. Die gouge below the chin far above the S in TRUST.
Reverse: Die cracks and chips on the bottom and top of the torch as well as the olive branch. Die gouge between the P and L in PLURIBUS. Die gouge above the flame and below the E in STATES.
