The fringe of the coat to the left of the upper right arm is lightly doubled to the south.

Die Markers:
Obverse: Small die chip northeast of the designers initials JF and a pre-die break depression northwest of the initials.
Reverse: A few small die gouges above the brim of the hat. Die gouge near the hill below the W in WEST.
