The coat on the upper right arm is doubled to the north.

Die Markers:
Obverse: Stage A: Die gouge touches the upper left of the O in GOD. Die gouge to the right of the T in LIBERTY. Stage B: WDDR-007. It is not known whether the Stage A markers are still present.
Reverse: Stage A: The precursor to a die crack is visible below the G in GAP. Stage B: WDDR-007. Die crack formed and developed into a die break.
