Doubling in the target windows. Spread to the east in the third and fourth windows in the first and second row. Very similar to SDDR-004, compare doubling and die markers.

Die Markers:
Obverse: Large die chips on the bust to the left of the designers initials JF above the R in QUARTER and the D in DOLLAR. Die gouge above the A in DOLLAR. Die gouge touches the left side of the first L in DOLLAR.
Reverse: Thin die crack extends east from the the rights side of the building's tower. Many die gouges below the H in HARPERS.
