Tripling in the doorway. The left side of the doorway is doubled to the east. Separate doubling of the doorway ceiling to the south.

Obverse: Die gouge below IN. Die gouge nearly touches the bottom left of the R in TRUST.
Reverse: Die gouge near the rim to the left of the building. Multiple die gouges between the T and E in UNITED.
