Die Markers:
Obverse: Die gouge inside the O in GOD.
Reverse: Die gouge between the upper legs. Die crack on the upper arm.

SDDR-002 Doubling on the bottom of Sergeant William Jasper’s coat.

Die Markers:
Obverse: Stage A: Heavy die scratches (possibly feeder finger damage) through the neck. Stage B: Die polishing removed the heavy scratches but left many smaller ones. The most prominent one is an NW-SE die scratch from the Y in LIBERTY to the neck.
Reverse: Stage A: None known. Stage B: Die crack on the upper arm.

Die Markers:
Obverse: Stage A: Die gouge touches the bottom of the R in DOLLAR. Stage B: Stage A marker gone. Die gouge above the G in GOD. Stage C: Stage B marker very weak but still present.
Reverse: Stage A: Thin die crack on the upper arm. Stage B: Die crack on the upper arm developed more die chips. Nearly a retained interior die break in the area between the shoulder and the flagpole. Small die cracks along the sails of both of the ships in the background. Stage C: More die chips developed on the upper arm. Die break formed in the area between the shoulder and the flagpole. Die breaks formed on the ships in the background.

Die Markers:
Obverse: Die gouge above the bottom left of the first A in AMERICA.
Reverse: Die gouge to the right of Jasper’s cap below the O in FORT. Die chips on the upper arm and the shoulder.
