CRDR-002 | Doubling on the bottom of Sergeant William Jasper’s coat. Die Markers: Obverse: Stage A: Heavy die scratches (possibly feeder finger damage) through the neck. Stage B: Die polishing removed the heavy scratches but left many smaller ones. The most prominent one is an NW-SE die scratch from the Y in LIBERTY to the neck. Reverse: Stage A: None known. Stage B: Die crack on the upper arm. | |

Nearly a retained interior die break in the area between the shoulder and the flagpole. Small die cracks along the sails of both of the ships in the background.
