Obverse: Die crack runs along the bottom of the bust with a retained die break above the T in QUARTER. Many thin N-S die scratches and abrasion around the center of the design, likely from attempts to remove a die clash. Die gouge below the G in GOD. Die gouge southwest of the G in GOD. Die gouge to the right of the A in QUARTER. Die gouge to the left of the bottom of the U in TRUST.
Reverse: Die gouge near the branches below the A in RIVERWAYS. Die gouge to the left of the second window above the cellar window.
