Die Markers:
Obverse: Many crisscrossing die scratches throughout the fields. Strong NW/SE die scratch connecting the D in GOD and the last T in TRUST intersects two strong NE/SW die scratches extending NE from the TR in TRUST. Strong NW/SE die scratches through the ER in LIBERTY. Strong NW/SE die scratches between the TY in LIBERTY and the forehead. Many thin die scratches extend W from the lips. Short N/S die scratch or die gouge between the R and T in LIBERTY. Die gouge to the right of the D in GOD above the intersecting die scratches.
Reverse: Many thin mostly N/S die scratches throughout the fields. Weak die clash remnants through the olive branch. Many strong NE/SW die scratches between the PLU in PLURIBUS and the lower olive. Strong curving N/S die scratch on the leftmost olive leaf in the upper cluster. Strong N/S die scratch through the left side of the torch holder. Strong NW/SE die scratches through the ITE in UNITED. Strong X-shaped die scratches just below the M in AMERICA. Strong NW/SE die scratches through the CA in AMERICA and the M in UNUM. Die gouge to the right of the second T in STATES.

Die Markers:
Obverse: Stage A: Curved die crack above the nostril. Stage B: Die crack, heavily chipped above the nostril.
Reverse: Stage A: Short N/S die scratch in the field at the upper left of the M in AMERICA. Die gouge on the left side of the E in AMERICA about one-third down from the top. Stage B: Chipped die cracks on the upper and left set of leaves on the left hand side, running into the branch.

Die Markers:
Obverse: Light ENE/WSW die crack in the hair near the forehead. N/S die scratch between the I and B of LIBERTY slightly below center.
Reverse: Light ENE/WSW die scratch between the top of the upper olive leaf and the flame.
