Die Markers:
Obverse: Stage A: Die chips on the designers initials JF and WC as well as the front tip of the bust. Die gouge touches the top of the second R in QUARTER. Small die gouge touches the top of the T in UNITED. Stage B: DDR-018c, WDDR-025b. New obverse die.
Reverse: Stage A: Die gouge to the left of the bottom of the S in PLURIBUS. Die gouge in front of the lower back hoof. Stage B: DDR-018c, WDDR-025b. Pre-die break depressions above the hat and behind the tail.
