Die gouge touches the top of the second R in QUARTER. Small die gouge touches the top of the T in UNITED. Stage B: DDR-018c, WDDR-025b. New obverse die. Reverse: Stage A: Die gouge to the left of the bottom of the S in PLURIBUS. Die gouge in front of the lower back hoof. Stage B: DDR-018c, WDDR-025b.
